Product Description:

1. Used for the stripping and regeneration of defective screens and disabled screens in the screen printing process. It can effectively remove the photosensitive glue, improve the regeneration rate of the screen and save the cost of plate making.

2. Add tap water and shake well before use. The film removal is simple and fast, which greatly shortens the operator's time to clean the screen.

3. The residue can decompose by itself after use and is pollution-free.

Instructions:

1. Open the release powder package, pour it into a container (mineral water bottles, Coke bottles, etc. can be used to facilitate complete sealing), add tap water, the ratio of powder to water is 1:25. Shake to fully dissolve.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of the prepared defilming water onto a sponge or scrap of cloth, wipe both sides of the screen, and wipe evenly in a circular motion to easily remove the photosensitive slurry. You can also put the screen into the prepared solution and soak it for 5-10 minutes, then rinse it with a high-pressure water gun.

3. Rinse the screen with clean water. If there are any marks or ink marks, wipe them clean with boiling oil, water or ghost paste, and then rinse them with clean water. Dry the screen and it can be used again.
