Pad Printing Machine:
Is a printing equipment. Firstly etching the pattern on steel plates,use rubber pads to transfer the ink on products.
This style machine widely apply for toys,promotional items,electronics,ceramic industrial,metal and IC etc.

The limit of pad printer is the printing area. Stroke bigger,printer area more large.
Silk Screen Printer:
Silk screen printer also named as serigraphic screen printing Machine,Working theory have a little similar pad printing. First,etching the pattern on screen plate,by squeegee to press the ink on the products. Beside of the pattern is sealed,just the pattern is leak.
Screen printer widely apply for flat/cylindrical products. Like PCB board,screen,glass,plastic board,cardboard,electronic cover,cosmetic bottles,bottle caps,bottles,cups,tube,pipes etc.
Difference between pad printer and screen printer.
Pad printer use flexible rubber pads,can printing curve or flat products. But which printing area is small. Can not achieve the printing size as screen printer.
Special for printing big curve area. The effect is not better than screen printer.
Screen printer relay on the screen frame and squeegee to touch products. Then heteromorphism products can not use screen printer.
If printing multicolor,pad printer is better than screen printer. Since multicolor screen printer cost is higher than pad printer.
The finished printing ink lay is thicker than pad printer.
Hot stamping foil machine
Firstly etching the pattern on printing plate,relay on high temperature to press the color of foil on products.
Hot stamping machine most apply for cosmetic bottles,wedding card,VIP card,cigarette case for gold or silver color.
UV curing machine
Our uv curing machine is not uv coating machine. Which function is make the uv ink drying fast for pack.
