Note: The machine must connect earth line, the hydraulic motor of the machine without adjusting the

pressure is too great, the pressure gauge should be in 40 ~ 60kg / C㎡, if too large hydraulic motor perishable.

1. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, indicator light.

2. Turn motor switch, oil pressure gauge pressure was adjusted to 4-6 kg.

3. Digital thermostat setting temperature adjusted when the temperature reaches the set temperature,

4. The time controller is set to the desired time.

5. When the temperature to a set value, the table pushed to a certain position, press the start button, 

the hydraulic cylinder to work, to set the time after return. (Note: the table position is less than the set position,

 the machine does not work.)

 the heating plate rises immediately take back to work, the round, red button in a clockwise direction,

Set heat press temperature and time:

1 Sublimation heat press: temperature: 220C degree, time:20 seconds 

2 Film heat press: Temperature:160-180C degree, time: 8-10 seconds

3 Foam heat press: Temperature: 140-160C degree, time:5-8 seconds

4 Hot diamonds: temperature 180C degree, time 10-12 seconds

5 Iron heat press: Temperature 180C degree, time:30 seconds
